Stellenbeschreibung Für unseren Logistikpark in Estorf bei Hannover erweitern wir im Zuge unseres Wachstums unser Geschäft um einen zusätzlichen Standort und suchen zum 01.06.2026 einen WMS Key User (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. In dieser Rolle bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anwender am Standort. Du unterstützt die Operative und Verwaltung bei IT- und WMS-Themen, stellst einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb sicher und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern und der zentralen IT.
Als WMS/TMS Key User stellst Du den reibungslosen Systembetrieb sicher, optimierst Prozesse und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Teams, zentraler IT und externen Partnern – mit technischer Expertise, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität. WAS ERWARTET DICH? Verantwortung für die Funktionalität aller IT-gestützten Logistikprozesse (Warehouse Management System) Implementierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen Koordination mit der zentralen IT und Kunden bei Change-Requests Unterstützung im Störfall als Hauptansprechpartner Steuerung externer Dienstleiter vor Ort Erstellung von Testplänen und Durchführung von Abnahmetests Entwicklung und Pflege von Dashboards, Reports und Systemdokumentation Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung der Unterlagen Mitarbeit an Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) WAS BRINGST DU MIT ?
